
RECIPE
Ingredients for one cup
30 g Cacao
200 ml Water or plant milk
1 Tsp of honey or coconut sugar
1/2 Tsp of cardamom
1/2 Tsp of cinnamon
A pinch of salt & cayenne
A pinch of vanilla powder (optional)
Prepare the cacao
Chop the cacao into smaller pieces. Warm up the plant milk or water in a pot. Add the coconut sugar/honey & the spices. Finally add the cacao. If you want to preserve all the healthy vitamins and minerals in the cacao, do not heat it to more than 42 degrees. When the cacao is warm, blend it to make it extra creamy. Pour into your favorite cup & enjoy.

Smell the cacao and feel the warmth of the cup between your hands. Feel into your body & set an intention with the cacao. For example, being present today or doing what your heart calls for. You can sit down and meditate with the cacao or listen to this playlist
