What does Moon Cacao contain?

Moon Cacao is 100% organic & comes from the rare criollo cocoa bean. It is processed at less than 42 degrees and thereby preserves the vast majority of antioxidants & minerals. The cocoa contains over 700 healthy minerals & vitamins, including magnesium, serotonin and dopamine, substances that affect our happiness centers in the brain & make our body relax so that we can more easily feel our heart's desires.

What is the difference between regular cocoa & Moon Cacao?

Moon Cacao is ceremonial cocoa made from the rare Criollo bean from 100% cocoa. Ceremonial cocoa of this quality is hard to come by in Denmark. Therefore, I am very honored to be able to share this beautiful, delicious and high vibrational ceremonial cacao with you. This cocoa is grown in a sustainable and loving way in collaboration with nature by the tribe of the Ashaninka people in the Satipo region of Peru. Moon Cacao is gentle and round in taste.

Energetically, I clean and protect the cocoa before it is sent out. You will feel the feminine and loving energy in the cocoa when you enjoy it at home.

How to prepare one serving of Moon Cacao?

Ingredients:

30 g Moon Cacao
200 ml plant milk or tea
2 teaspoons coconut sugar or honey
1/2 teaspoon cardamom
1/2 tsp cinnamon
A pinch of cayenne pepper
A pinch of salt
A drop of Copaipa, Cinnamon, Wild orange or Frankincense essential oil 
(the only oils I can recommend consuming are from doTERRA)

Method:

Chop the Moon Cacao into smaller pieces and heat the plant milk/water in a pan. Add the sugar/honey and spices to the mixture. Finally, add the Moon Cacao. If you want to preserve all the healthy vitamins and minerals in the cocoa, do not heat it up to more than 42 degrees. I like it hot, so I often heat it a little more. When mixtures are heated and the cocoa is melted, the mixture is blended with an immersion blender. Pour the cocoa into your favourite cup.

Proposal for ritual/ceremony:

Smell the cocoa and feel the warmth of the cup between your hands. Feel inward and feel free to set an intention with the cocoa. For example, being present today or doing what your heart calls for. You can sit down and meditate with the cocoa or listen to this playlist that supports you in your own cocoa ceremony.

Can everyone drink Moon Cacao?

Moon Cacao is a fantastic superfood that the vast majority of people will benefit greatly from drinking. If you are pregnant, on antidepressant medication or have high blood pressure, it is advised to drink half the dose, which is 10-15 grams. If you are in doubt, always ask your doctor.
