Moon Cacao is from the Satipo region in Peru. It is in the mountains & grown by the tribe Ashaninka. They are in deep contact with mother earth & do not cut down any trees to make space for the cacao plants. Instead the cacao plants grow next to the trees in the jungle. The cacao has not been warmed up past 45 degrees and therefore it keeps a high level of antioxidants. It is 100 % cacao, organic & raw.
